Buddy's Seafood & Bait
Buddy grew upright here in Matagorda, and seafood runs in his blood - his family's been in the seafood business for over 50 years. For the last 25 years Buddy and I have been proud to run Buddy's Seafood and Bait along with our oyster plant, and also the butcher shop in Bay City, carrying that family tradition forward.
Everything we sell is local, coming straight off our own boats. That's something we're proud of, because we love this community and we love serving it. When you buy from us, you know exactly where your seafood came from.
We carry hand-cut ribeyes and all of our specialty items, made in-house. And don't forget the Boil Shack - every year from Spring Break through the 4th of July, we're cooking up crawfish, crab, and more.
